The moment you walk into Heal & Glow you automatically feel a sense of relaxation. Erica the owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel so comfortable during your entire time there and the space is beautiful. The sauna sessions are amazing and the rooms are nice and clean. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm, and glowing. I look forward to every session here and I am so happy that this place opened up close to home.

I had my first sauna session and it was incredible. The place is so calming and an oasis outside the stresses of the day. The owner has down an amazing job at greeting a relaxing, clean and safe experience. I love how you can customize the temperature, listen to your own music and choose which light you want. I booked a 30 min infrared sauna session and loved my experience! I felt so rejuvenated and calm after my session. The room was extremely clean, and I love that you can hook up your phone to the Bluetooth speaker to make your experience more customized! The room had towels, a robe, slippers, essential oil diffuser, and a seat to prep for your sauna session. The infrared sauna had a bench that you could sit / lay on - lying down was most comfortable for me. I enjoyed trying out the different infrared light colors, and it was helpful to have a laminated printout on the therapeutic benefits of each infrared light color. This experience was a relaxing and safe getaway - can’t wait to come back!
