I was just commenting on how Dr. Chaudhry is the best, and when I went to this spa (with her referral) I realized the doc really has the best taste. Karen works magic with her hands! I got a full 90 minute massage and walked out a brand new person. I love this place! It is so clean as well. I'm really glad Karen is still taking appointments during this quarantine!!

I was seriously in need of a good facial so I decided to go to Elegance since it is near my house. I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of facial I needed but Karen helped me out. I ended up getting a vitamin-C peel and it was great. Karen made me feel very relaxed. The peel tingled a little bit but my face is glowing!! I already see a difference in some of my dark marks and my face is extremely soft. I have already made my next appointment. Great services for a great price. Give them a try.

I made an appointment via email a few weeks ago but called last week to change my appointment to a different day. Upon speaking to the receptionist she told me she couldn’t offer me any alternative dates or times because she needed to talk to someone and call me back. When I heard back, she told me she scheduled me for a time that I said didn’t work. Upon the 3rd call she again scheduled me for the wrong time and couldn’t fix it while on the phone. At that point I said forget it and went somewhere else. Extremely frustrating as a receptionist should be able to make appointments. Not an ideal customer experience.

Love the staff, love the services, and love the ambiance. It is a great place for high quality facials at affordable prices. The massages are excellent and the laser machines are new. Highly recommend.
