I have been working remotely with Judy Weinstein, nutritionist at NJ Natural Medicine since early August 2020 and, without hesitation, highly recommend her. After very poor pandemic eating, I was feeling sluggish, achy and just off. I had also gained weight. With my history of cancer and autoimmune disorders, Judy seemed the perfect fit and absolutely has been. During our remotes sessions, Judy has listened to my history, concerns, goals and preferences and has really worked within my needs and lifestyle. My diet has changed, and literally within 5 days of implementing Judy's recommendations, I felt like a new person. Aches, swelling and the sluggishness disappeared. Over a couple of months, I lost the COVID weight, and feel much more energetic and happier. My husband has joined me in many of the changed eating habits and he has also lost weight and feels more fit. While I know good eating and lifestyle habits can't prevent COVID, I do firmly believe that starting from a point of good health can prove beneficial. I'm so glad that I came across the NJNM email introducing Judy. She has had a tremendous positive impact on my life.

I went to Jason after going to many other doctors with constant fatigue, daily headaches/sometimes migraines, and what a previous doctor diagnosed as a “chronic cold” and after one session and two weeks of his regimen I was cured. I saw Dr. Frigerio for TMJ that was so bad I couldn't eat solid food. After two acupuncture sessions I was CURED! Has not come back in the ensuing 8 years.
