Giving 2 stars due to RIDICULOUS pre order fiascos on the PlayStation 5 ..... I am sure the rumors are true when I hear workers being caught in playing favorites and reserving pre orders fpr their friends or whoever pays most for a pre order....YOUR LAME GAMESTOP
Incredibly unhelpful super rude when being asked questions about pre-orders. Also why would GameStop a national company only pre-order five consuls Per store when millions of people play
I was there right at opening. They were quick to let me in and were straight to helping me. Great staff
I have always had a mix of good service to okay service. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The games range from $10 to 60 bucks. They will always try to sell you a membership for $15/yr.
Solitary staff member working that day was friendly and kept the line moving. I don't buy games in store often but this was a good place to go. Price for a Nintendo switch controller was $10 more than on Amazon but decided to go that route so kids could enjoy their system.
