Scott was great to work with. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with my family's moving needs. I rented two moving trucks (20ft and 15ft). The trucks were clean and seems to be maintained. I did not have any issues with the equipment at all. I will recommend him to my family and friends.
Quiet clean place and the site managers is very polite and responsive.
The Customer Service was fantastic. Steve consistently went above and beyond what was expected. The entire process went smoothly from unit selection to paperwork. I would recommend this place for any storage needs.
Ignored the reviews of the noticeable problem children and had a straightforward easy experience. Told him what I needed, he gave recommendations, showed me two sizes in units, I chose, we filled all the paperwork out and I left. No issues at all.nnUpdate - Kept the unit for several months and closed it in October. Process closing the unit was just as easy. If happen to need storage again i most definitely will use them again.
I’m so surprised when seeing these reviews. We have always had great customer service and NEVER had a bad experience. I would recommend using them for all your storage needs. I’m sorry for anyone that had a bad experience.
