The best experience upgrading my phone with Umberto! He answered every question we had and was very patient with us. He is very professional, and knowledgeable. The little time I spent in the store I saw what a good manager he was. Awesome work!
If I could give 10 stars I would, Carlos was freakin awesome! He was extremely patient and went in depth into every option you could think of so we could make the best financial decision on our phones. Even with him being so busy we still felt like we had his undivided attention and got all the information we needed to make that decision. I would recommend you see him for a great phone buying experience!

Today was an especially hard day with my patience. But after having Logan helping me through the struggle I will definitely recommend tmobile Jordan landing store. He is an absolute professional in every way. Friendly, smart, and appreciative of our time as a customer. Ive been seeing him now for about 5 years at this location and I can honestly say there isn't anywhere else I can go to for all my phone problems. I just witnessed him handling 3 other customers besides myself in the middle of the biggest rush ive seen. Keep it up bro see you next time
