Scott does an amazing time every time I need a print! He is very patient and understanding. His other coworkers are great as well. I was looking to purchase some photo paper and they referred me to label sheets. As I was talking to one of them, they were helping me decide what paper would work on my inkjet printer. After a couple of minutes, the manager instead decided to add some to their inventory so I didn’t have to buy it!! Amazing customer service. Store could be smaller to make it look fuller or be renovated to attract more people.
All in all a great experience.

I went in and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, what I was looking for and taken to the product area I was looking for. Which was a major positive move from my best buy experience 5 minutes earlier.
The rep got me another rep to help who was more knowledgeable about what I was looking for. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelf, so he took me over to the computer so he could look at their online store. He tried hard to find the transfer cables I was looking for to no avail.
I was thankful and happy for the help and assistance, it was a good experience
