My husband and I stopped y this store. They we about to close but stayed open and helped us set up new service. They helped us get phones and cases for a reasonable amount. They were super helpful and friendly. The store was clean as well. They were also very sweet to my daughter. I would recommend anyone to go to this store. They also explain everything in detail do that there wasn't any surprises.
They never answer thaa phone i hate the metro in Utah can't get a single person to answer
I tried two other Metro stores before finally buying in this one. The staff here was so helpful and kind. Janeth listened and sold me exactly what I asked for. Actually saved me 50$!!

I thought the staff was extremely friendly and I liked the atmosphere. After running around and getting told false info, and no help, Marta was able to help me out far more than I expected her too, very professional and helpful. I will definitely be coming back even though it's on the other side of town. Shout out to Marta!
The door says this store opens at 10. Instead of opening the door and assisting me in getting a new phone the girl that is supposed to be working ducked into the nail salon and hid out. I will be taking my services somewhere else. You are rude and incompetent and I'm glad you didn't get any commission from selling me a phone. This is not the 1st time I have had trouble with this location and this person. Hey boost how about you hire someone that does their job.
