I can’t say enough amazing things about this company! Seriously. We have to move fairly quickly and our driveway is quite steep. I emailed Rover explaining our situation and got a response within 10 minutes stating they could come out and look at the driveway or I could send them pictures. I asked that they come take a look to make sure the storage containers could be used in the driveway. This was a Saturday, I expected someone to be out on Monday but they came to the house within an hour and spoke to my husband who happened to be outside and told him they’d had strep driveways before and came up with a plan. They sent me a follow up email as requested by my husband that evening. Monday I went online and booked one storage container meaning to book 2. I got an email a short time later confirming that it was supposed to be 2 per our previous conversation. They booked the second one for me and delivered them the next day. The responsiveness of this company is top notch. Seriously, the professionalism and attitude are amazing. Really nice and easy to deal with. They offered locks ($5 each) and boxes ($39.99 for 20) and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase them (we did). The price for 2 units is less than half of what a Pod would cost and the delivery charges are also considerably less. Customer service is super important and they exceeded every expectation.
