My experience at Metro Storage in Stanhope was exceptional! Everyone I had spoken to in the year I had rented with them was very knowledgeable and accommodating and just all around great people! They helped me pick out the best size unit to fit all of my belongings and it was the perfect middle point between work and where I had moved to. I felt my stuff was safe with needing a gate code to enter the premises itself, 24 hour surveillance and the lock they had sold me when I moved in. They will be my number one go-to when and if I will need a storage unit again and I highly recommend to anyone to store with Metro Storage!
Great facility. Very clean and well kept. The ladies in the front office are very friendly and helpful
This is the second time that I have used this facility and I have never been more impressed. Jessica in the office was more than helpful and even put up with more than one of my dumb questions! Forever a customer for moving needs.
Christine was AMAZING! She took care of me in every way, reserving my unit for me, and adding me to a wait list for another. She even reserved the second unit we desperately needed for me when it became available. She made the whole leasing process a VERY enjoyable experience and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!
This was the first storage company I ever dealt with and they had never let me down. I had them for over a year and within that time they truly helped not only with recommending a great unit, but with all the craziness and moving I had done over this past year. Always careing and friendly and never had bad customer service. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is due to pricing of units. I feel they can be a bit steep when it comes to monthly payments but are manageable. All in all I definitely recommend if you live in the area of Stanhope and need a great solution to storage clutter, look into these guys. Thank you guys for all the help, you have no idea how much it helped.
