I recently came in to switch carriers and unknowingly it was the iPhone 12 mini and Pro Max launch day. It was later in the evening and it started to get busy. The employees were great they had a lot of customers and it would have been stressful to be working and then short staffed. They kept smiles on their faces and were great. They called in a couple of co-workers off shift to come help and they were there in 15 minutes no problem. I will go back to this store if I ever need anything. Great first experience with T-Mobile.
This location is the best. I drive further away to go to this store specifically. Hands down the best customer service. The store itself is always clean and all of the employees are friendly and helpful. Everyone there is great to work with. Brandi is amazing and so helpful, same with Ronaldo. Highly recommend.
Kevin is the man! Exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend seeing him. Coming to this store convinced me that I should stay with T-Mobile instead of going to the other guys!
Each time I go into the store the employees are amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Brandi, the manager is absolutely the best! She will go out of her way to help you every way she can. She runs her store in a way that she allows the others to grow, yet when they need help she is right there! Genuinely nice, hard working people💕
