Ive been coming here for a few years. Used to love it. Last time I specifically asked for Sue they told me sure she's booked at 7 come at 8. I get a massage which I could have done better myself... not close to deep tissue which i paid for. They decided to give me someone else even after i confirmed it was definately Sue WHEN i got there. Of course i. Didn't know this until DURING the massage. That's not cool!!!!! I wasted my money ... then when i called she said you said you said u would go to anyone. Nice try....i. dislike LIARS. Joy btw was waiting for me when i got out and handed me her tip. Envelope . I think it was her first day with the massage i wasted 75 on. What a totally unprofessional experience and crummy way to treat a regular good customer of probably 3 YEARS!!! Myself and my 2 close friends I sent there will all not be coming back!

We had a great experience at Aria. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. I received a massage from Julie who was absolutely amazing. The facility was clean and tranquil. It looked small on the outside, but the interior of the building was quite roomy. Even though it was fairly busy when we visited, it didn't seem busy at all. They have a wet sauna, a dry sauna and a pool all in the same room, which was convenient. The massage chairs also have an airbag feature that massages your arms, which my friend and I really loved. We will definitely be going back!

I did a couple massage with my daughter to celebrate her birthday and boy was it a treat. We were greeted lovingly. Employees were extremely kind and thoughtful. The massage was AMAZING! I treated my daughter and I to a smoothie and as we waited we were instructed to relax on their massage chairs. A wonderful lady named Julie gave us a throw blanket to keep us warm. I had a pleasant experience and plan on coming back with my other daughters, I might make this birthday tradition for us (I selfishly like this idea ud83dude09).

I went here with my girlfriend for her birthday, we got a massage and facial as well as enjoyed all the amenities they have to offer. All I can say is they gained 2 more customers. Julia, Sophia and Nancy were absolutely amazing with our massage and facials. As well as the entire staff. Everyone was so welcoming, caring, and had great hospitality. Very clean place.
