The Breathing Rooms

Never felt more relaxed in my life! I did the total reset and the name is spot on. I was ready to take on the work week refreshed and rejuvenated after. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly. I also felt very safe due to the many covid precautions they take.

What a delight the total reset was! Every step of the process was thoroughly explained and so well-conceived. While I shared the intimacy of the day with my sister, it would have made for a great romantic day with my husband as well (we'll have to make another visit). The tranquility of the salt room set the mood for a perfect afternoon. The sauna was fantastic and a float was exactly what I needed after it and the salt room. A total reset is exactly what the experience felt like. I can't wait to stop back in and do it again!

This is where I come to truly relax and breath. Since coming to the salt cave 2-4x/month, I noticed I never got the sinus infections I'm used to getting every Fall.nnI tried the Float and really enjoyed the stillness.nnThis place is so clean and the staff is pleasant and accommodating.nnThis place is an excellent party of anyone's self care routine!
