Good communication with the owner. She is very professional and experienced, know where the knots are.
Incrediblely uneven service that ranges from mediocre to so so. No shop wide service level. Level of service varies between staff and between visits with same staff. Oh yeah, did I mention the language barrier and the begging for tips if staff are not satisfied ? Dont try to short the tip here for poor service it does not compute with them..only going here again as a last resort.
