Andrew at the front was extremely helpful and professional. He keeps everything in line and explained everything to me. I highly recommend storing here. I recently had to move and needed storage near Neptune. If you have to do the same I’d recommend extraspace storage on rt 66 in Neptune! I was able to rent a space using the one month free promotion. You have to pay an admin fee, tax, and insurance the day of but compared to other deals this was the best. The property is also very secure and the lifts are easy to use. We fit a one bedroom apartment in a 10x10 and has a lot of extra vertical space. Also the staff was efficient and helpful especially Dina. Thanks so much for your help and making moving a little easier.

I had my 3rd great experience at Extra Space Storage. The staff are friendly and accommodating.. The units are spacious, clean and more importantly I feel safety is a top priority for them. I’m grateful I found them.

Fantastic, easy access online to rent. Went in to cancel the next day and the associate was great as well. Canceling was easy and done within minutes. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

This was my first time using a storage unit and I am amazed at how east all of the associates made the process for me. They were able to answer all of the questions I had and see the unit before I continued with the process. I primarily worked with Dina and Michael and they showed great customer service throughout every interaction. The place is clean and it was great to see that they had a flat bed in the lift available for consumers on the day that I started moving things in there. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know!
