I had a leak in my hot tub. They fixed it but the next day another leak popped up. I’ve now had FOUR service calls + parts as I was told “we can’t fix leaks we can’t see”.nThis time I said “I think it would be fair if you would not charge me for the 5th service call”. He said “you should be grateful for the good service”

Hi-Tech Spa Services website claim that they can completely rebuild your old spa and make it like new again was very misleading to me. I called Larry to repair a leak from our soaking tub in the master bathroom. On the phone, I explained that the leak was coming from a pipe that attached to the pump that powered the jets in the tub. I sent him two pictures to show him the area of the leak. At no time did he tell me that he doesn’t do tile work. After arriving to my home and exploring the problem for about 10 minutes, he told me he would be unable to access the area needing repairs because tile would have to be removed on the exterior of the tub to access the leak. He told me I’d have to hire someone else to remove the tiles (and then replace the tiles after he completed his work) before he could make the repair. He was at my home for about 20 minutes, accomplishing nothing and then charging me over $190 for a service call, none of which would be credited toward coming back and actually doing the repair. This doesn’t sound to me like his claim that they can completely rebuild your old spa and make it like new again. Larry should fully disclose the type of work he doesn’t do and he should have known tile work would be involved since I had told him that the repair was for a leak from an area around a bathroom soaking tub. I feel cheated and ripped-off. In my view, treating customers this way is morally unacceptable!!

We had used this service previously and were satisfied, however when we called for a leak to be fixed Larry came performed the service and said it was fixed. We paid the bill and two days later filled the Hot Tub only to find that the leak was still present, we called Larry and he said it was a different leak and he would charge us again, what happened to people receiving what they paid for? Garbage, do not use this company.

I called around to a couple of places because my hot tub was leaking. Larry answered the phone immediately and scheduled a visit within reasonable time. He was up front with costs before he even got here. He had the part on hand and fixed the leak in less than an hour. I am very satisfied with this company, I will be using them from here on out for all of our hot tub needs, and I would highly recommend Hi-Tech Spa Service to everyone!

After getting a hand-me down hot tub, we went through a lot of hoops, from having multiple leaks, to needing the motor replaced.nnWe thought we got one leak taken care of, plus we had a new motor installed. However, the motor came without a plug and other leaks revealed themselves.nnSearched a lot of places and received either slow return calls or places not willing to make the trip for a tub they didn't sell.nnThat's when we called Larry at Hi-Tech Spa. He answered all of my questions on the phone and asked a couple in return.nnHe showed up, with another worker in very high heat, got right to work and the tub was running without leaks about an hour and change later.nnHe drove a long way and had the supplies and expertise to help us out. We were very thankful.
