New Glamour Day Spa

I went in today for a body massage and facial. I had a gift certificate for both sessions and upon completion the front desk receptionist stated “did you make sure to tip them” in a horrible attitude like i didn’t tip them already. my sister charged her tip on her card but instead of tipping 20 the cashier tipped 40!!! when we told her that’s wrong she got a nasty attitude and said you HAVE to tip $10 for every service. no one HAS to tip anything. we tipped your people and got charged extra for what? my sister got her money back but we will definitely never go there again. learn to treat your customers with respect.

Went there a couple time and it was fine but my bf bought a couples groupon for us to go there for Valentines Day and they didn't let us use it. They weren't trying to be understand or sympathetic. Will not go there again. The location is in the middle of nowhere and I thought they were nice at first but the lady who spoke to me wasn't very understanding or patient and was borderline rude. She started to raise her voice over the phone and I go to places like this because I like supporting small businesses, however, they need to do better when explaining things to customers. Will not recommend and will not go back!

First of all, excellent service! My friend Debra referred me here. I was amazed about the quality of services they offer. my friend and I both had a facial. it was so refreshing. Environment felt comfortable and clean, they even screen everybody on the an Ipad agreement. It good to have a safe place to go to during this Pandemic. Anyhow, this is a place deserves a great compliment. Looking forward to be back again maybe next week.

When I first got my lashes done, I was super impressed on how they did it. It was very naturally look. After I was finished and I looked in the mirror, I was super surprised on how they did the lashes. I would definitely buy the package to keep coming back to this place.nnAnother time when I did my acne, it was surprisingly Great!, and after I was done with it, I felt fresh, and happy. I would definitely go back to this place for future experiences.

I purchased a Groupon here for a couples massage and facials after reading many good reviews. After my experience, I won’t be returning to this day spa. The woman at the front desk seemed very annoyed and I didn’t feel welcomed there from the moment I walked in. Compared to the day spa I went to a few weeks back - who greeted me with smiles and made sure I felt comfortable. Aside from the experience, the facial and massages were good, but my partners massage bed was so squeaky! I felt such secondhand embarrassment, the music was so low that we couldn’t even hear it so all I was focused on during my massage was the squeaking bed ud83dude2dnnI truly wish I had a good experience here, and I love supporting small businesses, but I was let down by the services here. I hope my feedback helps serve customers better in the future.
