I went there to return a shower caddy that did not fit. There were a bunch of other things that I bought from a different BBB. On that day their computer system was slow, even the scanners were not working .It was taking very long to return 3 items, over 12 minutes (no queue, just me). Each scan was taking more than three minutes. And the scanner had to be rested between scans.nnI was frustrated (first world problems). But the person in the counter was polite, patient and courteous. How do they master this zen like mindset, wish I had it.

Got my basement lights that sell for $30 for just $10 w coupon. Basement is very bright now. Luv it

Not happy about self checking. Especially when you buy sale items and can't do the extra % taken off at resgister. Prices are high. Had an excellent employee helping with our coupons and extra % discount. She went above and beyond and was very patient. I think her name was Dotty. This store has everything you need for your home. My wife love this store and they love us. Because we spend more money than what we plan on.
