The ladies at cascades are nothing short of excellent. I was very pleased with the service. The process was explained step by step and nothing short of best service. Ambiance was great and they certainly made you feel comfortable. I would recommend cascades medical any day.

The nurse practitioner is very caring and professional. She spends time to explaining the services and goes over after care. I love the decor of the office and it's great energy throughout. I'd give 100 stars if I could!

I am very happy with my experience at Cascades Medical Spa. Everyone is so nice and in my opinion they want to help ! They are experienced professionals who are helpful, and affordable ! So glad I took a chance and tried them out ! They are COVID-19 friendly and follow all the CDC guidelines ! They are lovely and I’m looking forward to going back!!

The two ladies are amazing , big thumbs up to the women-owned business, let’s keep them running . I will definitely go back!
