Dr.Madapati is very professional and has great bedside manner.She makes herself available even on the weekends for her patients.Staff is great as well, I highly recommend this practice.

I've been seeing Dr M. for almost two years now and she's a great doctor. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. If you need to talk about a health concern or anything else she's there for you. if you have questions or concerns she takes her time to talk with you and explains things thoroughly. She does have a good bedside manner. she's helped me tremendously with health issues and with addiction issues and medication management. She is to the point with no nonsense tolerated. So maybe that is intimidating to some people I guess. That's the perfect doctor for me though, especially when it comes to dealing with addiction. The staff at both offices are great too.

I wish I had the option to put ZERO stars. I went there to get treated for opioid addiction and she was incredibly apprehensive. I've never met a physician who shows ZERO empathy. As a medical student, empathy is number 1 when treating a patient.nnShe doesn't care about how you get to this point in your life, just how much you use. And then prescribes the medication based on that. Done and done. Sure, some people prefer that, but at least put a damn smile on.

I have been a patient of dr madapadi for 10+ years, i started with her in her first practice, i have followed her since and i would continue to go where ever she goes, she is the best dr i have ever experienced!!

About 8 months ago I came into her office with Bronchitis. She walks in and says WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? That’s how she greets a patient. She makes sarcastic and unwanted comments. No bedside manner.nNever went back again. She is awful.
