Horrible customer service one of their worker named mayra is very rude and very hypothetical because she told me to put on my mask while her mask was off like follow your own rules.

Very hypercritical they have a rule of mask on in the store and both managers have mask off at times.

My favorite summer dresses are those rayon tie dyed ones from India and China, this place has them for less then 10 bucks which is amazing. Love stores like this because you can get decent quality clothes in a decent fabric for cheap.

Worst staff at this store. I went in to exchange a necklace for my sister (who shops there when she arrives from PA, Favorite store in Bergenline) on 06/05/2019 at 18:40:13, Cashier #5103, but the cashier today(did not take down her name) informed me that I could not exchange the Jewelry due to policy, but she was going to ask the person in charge on the shift. There was another girl next to her who told her that I can't do that, but to ask Dayana or diana, the manager of the store. When the they asked Dayana or diana girl ( over the phone) she told the girl that no exchange could be made since it's not 14 days nor there's no exchange for those items. I asked the girl if I could speak to the manager because on 06/05/2019 when I chose to buy that item, they did not informed me about the Jewelry policy. There is no sign indication about the exchange for Jewelry being a final sale, only a huge blue sign saying return or exchange policy on other items with receipts.nnI asked for my money back, and she said no and then I explained that it was a gift for my sister and she lives in PA and I just exchange it for another necklace, since my sister has the one I purchased already, but the manager refused and with an attitude. I never had a bad experience like today at that store, bad customer service, except the nice shy cashier, but the rest, they need to get a proper training, specially the manager.nnShe provided with a number where I could st a complaint and I will give a call and with her customer service skills, I will sure place a complaint.nnThank You,nnJP
