The Derm Group - West Orange

I had an A+ experience with the PA and her assistant here two separate times so far. They work amazingly together and made me feel comfortable to discuss any issues. My moles removed healed beautifully. My full body skin check was fast and efficient. The scheduling was easy and the office is very nice. Thank you! I recommend this office.

Pleasantly surprised by my first-time visit to this office.nEasy parking.nNice-looking waiting room.nPleasant, friendly staff.nShort waiting time.nAnd I was able to book the appt for the very same day.nWhat's not to like?

Appointment was on time, kudos there.nnI felt like the PA was trying to give me more then I wanted (4 prescriptions). I only wanted a specific topical for a certain issue.nnFurthermore, I asked them to send to my normal pharmacy and they tried to tell me to go to their suggested pharmacy because of prior authorization. I told them my pharmacist would handle that and that I didn’t live in west orange, it would be inconvenient for me.. The Derm group said okay sure no problem.nnUltimately they didn’t listen to me, and sent one prescription to their suggested pharmacy (not even the meds I wanted) and then I had to call back and find where they sent the others.nnFYI the prescription wasn’t covered at your suggested pharmacy and the pharmacist just found me a coupon like my actual pharmacist would have done.nnLastly, I don’t appreciate someone calling me “dear”. My name is Carson, I prefer that.

5 STAR Service from entry to departure. Total Professionals Particularly impressed with the Knowledge and Skills of Dr Lee. Unlike my first visit a Dr more interestednInentertaining those of the female sex.nI still have the rash I came for.nHe did not acknowledge I existed exceptnFor the few seconds required to view my.armnThe excitement of Conversation with the female co-workers captured all of his attention.nAs Unprofessional as one can be. The reason I sought what I found in Dr Lee.nnI have a non-Irritating growth under my right arm I may seek removal in the very near futurennIn any event I’ll be happy to make referals to Dr Lee

I really like the nurse better then the doctor she was concerned about what was going on with my nails, and what was going on with me.. I did not like the doctors bedside manner at all, he acted like he didn’t care. I left the office feeling like wow.. most of my doctors are caring interacting concerned.. that’s not what I got with the doctor if I go back I’ll be requesting another doctor..
