I had a great time at the spa. Friendly receptionist and masseuse. The massage was amazing!!! I am definitely going back. Mathias was super professional. Asking for permission before touching. Very beautiful experience. I recommend them.

A hidden gem is what Utopia is. I have never had a deep tissue massage and decided to treat myself. When I say Stephanie was professional, kind and a great conversationalist. She worked wonders with her hands and I left relaxed and free. Will be booking again.

Completely fraudulent business. Disgusting, abandoned, foreclosed building. Supposed masseuse is a con artist. Pretends to have 'accidentally' tripled booked, reschedules you, and ignores calls and refused to answer the door when you try to actually use your appointment. And yet, she still is that big of a degenerate to charge card as if appointment was fulfilled. She needs to be reported to the better business bureau. Aside from being thief and probably not qualified to even serve fries at McDonald's, much less be allowed to put her hands on a person, its a filthy area. You're likely to catch a MRSA infection in there. Negative stars if possible.

Discovered a gem hidden in the city of Orange. Not the feel of a spa but the massage, professionalism, scents and tranquility that I received is definitely on par!
