The lady was rude and they do not let you come in the store alone. We had to stand outside like we were thieves. We assured her we were not going to rob the place. They were understaffed and had too many customers which we had to let go in front of us. The plan we were supposed to get ended up being more expensive. We had to call customer service to get it straightened out. They quote you one price over the phone and give you a different one once you walk in. The offer that we wanted no longer existed. To quote one price and to change it later is basically bait and switch. Sadly, we had to resort to their services as there is not much out here locally. I hope that I will he able to deal indirectly with them and pay my bill online and not have to deal with this local branch at all. Overall, I feel let down by the entire experience.

This place is horrible. I wouldn't suggest going to this store. They will sell you something that you never agreeed to and cut the phones off 6 days later saying you owe more money. Go to the store to correct the issue and nothing they can do. Staff is not knowledgeable of the job or anything. Store owner himself doesnt care if his employees are doing the right job either. Will never step foot back in this store!
