Worst service ever, because they dont want to help us anymore. that's why they dont care to answer phone and messages and if we go by walking they dont provide proper information. they just say make an a appoitment.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PEOPLE! THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE EVERYONE. THEY ARE IN HUMAN AND WANT EVERYONE TO RESPECT THEM BUT DON'T SHOW THE SLIGHT RESPECT BACK. I WAS 15 MIN LATE DUE TO MATTERS THAT I COULDN'T CONTROL BUT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SEE ME. MEANWHILE I WAITED FOR THIS APPOINTMENT FOR MONTHS. HAVE CONSIDERATION, WE ARE ALL HUMAN.
