Very unhappy. I did erbium after a recommendation from Erin Courtney who I actually liked very much. Dr. Lolis performed my erbium procedure. Both Erin and Dr. Lolis said downtime for the procedure is 7-10 days. It’s 11 months later and my face is still red from this procedure. A week after my procedure, Dr Lolis said you’ll probably be red another week. Another week went by and she said you can be red for a month. After the month I went back and she said 2-3 months. When I went back at month 3 she said 6 months. On top of those visits I had been going for the blue light treatment which I was told would help but ultimately didn’t. I felt like she kept kicking the can down the road. It also bothers me that I wasn’t told about prolonged redness from this procedure upfront. I would have NEVER entertained this procedure had I know this was a possibility. I received a second opinion from another doctor at a different facility and was told that erbium was not the right procedure for my sensitive skin. I’m not sure if my face will ever be the same again.

I went to have dry facial skin diagnosed to see exactly what was causing it. I was in an out within 30 minutes. I saw Nurse Practitioner Erin Courtney. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. She immediately recognized what was causing my condition after asking a short series of questions regarding when it pops up as well as examining it close up. She prescribed me a cream and told me to use a skin cleanser and moisturizer in addition. It's been 3 weeks, and her regimen has worked perfectly! My skin has never been clearer. I highly recommend making an appointment with this practice if you suffer from skin disorders! It worked wonders for me!

HORRIBLEEE EXPERIENCE !!! Do not come here no matter what ! I did laser hair removal and was burnt severely and the scar is there even 1 year later. All they care about is money. Find somewhere else.

My experience at skin laser & surgery center in Hackensack has been pleasant. The staff there is very friendly and quick to address all your questions and concerns. Also my dermatologist Amy Tank is the best! She’s treats me with such great care. She’s so understanding and comforts me. I look forward to every visit!! Keep up the great work & patient care .

I have been seeing Amy Tank for a few years now and she is great! She always takes the time to explain and address all of my skin issues. Appointments are timely. Office is very clean and well kept.
