I have used this company in the past at another facility and had a great experience so when I needed another unit I came here. The office is squeaky clean and all safety precautions are being taken. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. This facility even has updated technology that allows you to use your phone to access your unit, no more getting out of the car to punch in a code. Prices are very competitive and better than many other facilities I looked at. I would recommend to anyone needing storage .
I am extremely happy with my experience at extra space storage! Paul went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, show me my storage unit personally, give me an easier way to access the gate and answer every question I had. I also love the layout of the building and how easy it is to find a unit. I rent from the location on Airport Road in West Jordan and I’ll definitely be a long term customer of this company!
This is my first time dealing with Extra Space Storage. Paul the general manager was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend his location in West Jordan over any other facilities! He has amazing customer service and the facility is top notch.. 5 stars all the way!
Zurich was so helpful, showing me the unit, explaining the fees etc! He is very friendly and has great customer service skills. Love the prices as well as the price of the insurance. The easy access to my unit is very convenient. Love that there are carts for tenants to use.The quick response to emails is great!
The online portal for renting a storage space was a smooth and easy process. Once completed, directions were very thorough in the auto-reply emails received. Even a follow up from the manager himself made a phone call to acknowledge my business and to ask if I had any questions. This will be my first storage rental and I’m already feeling confident about it.
