We needed a new mattress and bed frame for our guest room. We visited New England Furniture in Farmington, NH where we’ve been several times before for other furniture items we have purchased, and which we were happy with, both in terms of quality and price. The salesperson was helpful and showed us several options from a vast array of choices in styles, comfort and price point. Although we didn’t purchase anything this time, we were pleased with the service. We like that there is never any sales pressure or strong sales pitches there, just helpful info and the ability to casually browse.
Helpful staff, competitive prices. Charming showroom, but limited stock. I will most likely be purchasing from this store but it didn’t happen today as they didn’t have much in stock for left arm facing sectional.
Went there to buy a couch. When I asked about buying a warranty I was told not to bother because the company they use doesn't pay out really? Nice salesmanship! Bought my couch at Holmwoods furniture.
Went in looks ng for a couch. The sales lady didn't help us at all and told us where the couches were and told us that there was some in another building that was on the same property. The second building was very scary. The floor was just plywood and there was no finished ceiling. The insulation was visible. My son was totally creeped out.
The only place i get my furniture from! Always great service. Employee's are always super helpful and we love our beautiful farmers kitchen table! So many great selections and we love supporting our local businesses!
