Staff was unfamiliar with all of their offerings and unable to give me a final price on what a service would cost.

After buying 3 phones and sighing a 2 yr. Contract all was fantastic we were at T. Mobil for 3 hrs the young lady was perfect with our needs she worked with us from 2-5:20 pm and she new we had A+ credit and the 2 of us are elderly and two of us disabled as well. We arrived with 5 phones & 1 tablet & left with 8 phones & 2 tablets. Less then 24 hrs later i am being called a thief for the first time in my 65 yrs on this earth ud83cudf0e. This guy is at my door saying his device is showing that I have a stolen tablet, boy talk about getting mad about this 22-26 yr old calling me a thief and my roommate that is recovering from a stroke was acting like my house was on fire ud83dudd25 because I was resting up stairs honestly I thought he was having another stroke but that was not the case. He too was accused as being a thief as well . Well this man that never gave me his name nor a heads up was coming to my house with a device that says it will pinpoint it within meters. Well I told him to call the police or come inside and show me instead turned his back and said something under his breath. After he left, i looked in bag to get everything together to return the new phones we bought and found the missing tablet. I immediately brought it back to the store and asked told them what happened. We're not sure if the nice young lady that was helping us put it in the bag by accident or my roommate with a A+ credit rating did thinking it was mine. I was told that should not have happened and someone would be in touch with us. Well I gave them 4 wks. explain to us as to who that was that came to my house and I have received zero. Let's face it, they had our phones # to ask us kindly if a mistake was made. The young lady left off that she was going to follow up with us on Monday because she had to get off work. Again nothing. For wks I have slept poorly over this entire matter. The last thing the Manager said to me is I will find out how this went so wrong. Instead I feel it was all swept under the rug sadly. I just needed to understand how something so good can turn out so badly. I went to your store after being with Verizon for 12 years with out missing a payment and that one tablet that I took to T mobil was a ud83cudf81 gift for being a loyal satisfied customer of 10 years. Feel free to share if your employer or my roommate with A+ credit made a mistake just a phone call could have fixed all this but again maybe you don't have a phone to reach out and touch someone with lots of feelings.

Great staff. The store manager goes out of his way to help you and answer all of your questions and needs without making you feel like a fool. I wish I switched plans sooner.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could! The girl that that we spoke with in store had no idea what she was talking about. She also told us that we had to pay the company money that they actually owe us for trade in value. She would not listen to anything my wife or I had to say and we had to call in to customer service in order to get the correct upgrade value on our phones. Why have stores if their employees can’t do upgrades and you have to call in to upgrade instead. I will never go back to this store again. I would rather drive an hour or more than to deal with them again.
