First and last visit. They’ll do anything to get you to return, except for give you what you ask for. My first appointment, they called me two hours before the appointment I scheduled with the therapist I asked for and the service I asked for, to tell me there was a family emergency. Fine, understandable. I’m flexible. They gave me a later appointment with a provider who doesn’t do deep tissue work, and I left with the same muscle knots I came in with, and a lighter wallet. I told her my low back was the painful area and she concentrated on my neck. I told her three times the pressure was too light and she didn’t change it at all. Oh while I got changed she had already been up to the desk to tell them that she knew she wasn’t a good fit and had already written down names of other therapists (none available at the time or entire day of the week I am available and one who’s out for surgery) and they kept pressuring me to rebook. They don’t care about being a bad fit, they just want return business. When you go someplace to relax, you shouldn’t have to say, “Can I just pay you and leave now?” Bye, Elements.

It’s evident that Elements has very high standards for cleanliness and health protocols for the protection of the public and their staff. Thank you!nnThis was my second massage. I’ve seen Bree and Chris and they are both excellent, with different styles and specialties. I decided to invest in my health and well being and buy a membership. I’m very much looking forward to my next massage.

they are wonderful! My services are always wonderful and they listen to your needs and responses. I have a lot of old injuries and they always customize my massage to my needs. their COVID safety was easy and effective. I send everyone here!
