It was magical seeing all the great furniture my wife and I will never be able to afford. The whole place was great. They are the best place for the best furniture ever. I was there hoping to get hired as one of their delivery people. I pray I get the job.
Tina in sales was funny, patient and relatable and would absolutely recommend her as a sales rep. As for the woman in finance she was so incredibly abrasive and rude. We explained that we were able to get a slightly better deal somewhere else, rather than using her time and explaining why they’d be better for slightly more money she rashly accused me and another salesman of being deceitful saying there no way it could be true. As we had enough of her barking at us we tried to leave and get a print out of the quote to see the breakdown, she quickly said the prices are online you can just look there. Long story short I went back to the national chain, saved 300$ and got better financing terms. Terrible experience and she threw away a good sale for the business and Tina.
I have purchased nearly all my furniture here since college (i.e. 1996 - Present). The sales staff is great and the delivery people are second to none. They can get your oversized armoire up 3 flights without scratching or nicking a thing--truly professional.
Dalton and Isiah delivered/set up our furniture easily and they were nice and polite!
My wife and I purchased a new mattress from Tina. Outstanding customer service! Had us try out different mattresses until we found the one we love. 3 days later it was delivered and we have been sleeping great! Thanks for your expert advice Tina!
