It’s a computer shop. Expect computer guts everywhere. The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Been there twice and they exceeded my expectations both times. They even fix old game consoles.
I have done business with this company, particularly the owner, Rob Ricard, since 2010. He has worked on my various laptops many times over the years. I trusted him both technically and ethically. Until now. I received, and paid, an invoice for $542 for a service ( removing malware) that has cost no more than $150 in past years. In addition, the service was inadequate and I had to return the laptop for another round....poor technical support and exorbitant overcharge.
Great service in a timely fashion at a fair price .
One ring and someone answered my call. Told me to come in whenever I had the time.. walked in, solved my problem, and was super easy going about it. Definitely suggesting this business to others!
