I needed to rent a truck on relatively short notice and I’m so glad I called this location! “Storage Stacey” was SO kind and helpful both on the phone and in person! The facilities were completely Covid safe too! Stacey was so flexible when I needed to extend my rental by a few hours. I don’t even live near Brentwood anymore and would still consider them for my storage needs!!

This is a first-rate operation. I have never encountered so many cheerful, helpful people as I have here. A good attitude goes a long way in customer satisfaction. Moving is stressful enough, so it’s nice to encounter a smile along the way. The crew at U-Haul in Brentwood is knowledgeable about their product line and thoroughly explain what you need to know. I had to rent their largest trailer with a ramp to move my husband’s tractor. Alex patiently gave me a tutorial and I was out of there before my scheduled pickup time. He reassured me that I could handle it and I left there with the confidence that I could. It’s obvious that the management here is top-notch, because everyone seems to love their job.

I was really happy with the service we received from this U-Haul. Stacy is very responsive and helpful. We rented an RV parking spot, got it all set up quickly (price was good too), and then when the deal for our new RV fell through it was quick and painless to cancel our account. Would definitely work with them again.

Stacey is a wonderful, smart, personal, and always friendly manager when i see her when I’m there reorganizing my storage unit and taking or adding to my life (unit) ud83dude02 (and she’s easy on the eyes ud83dudc40 also). (Just saying)...☺ufe0f . The Brentwood moving and storage uhaul facility in New Hampshire is a well oiled machine and all her staff our always happy and always ask if i need any assistance? Stacey is always walking around doing her duties and I’m sure stacey’s work ethic trickles down to all her staff which is very easy to see!!! She has in my opinion mastered the art of a successful and valuable manager for uhaul and has all the best quality’s for a higher leadership position within uhaul if she wished?
