Made an appointment to get rooms measured for a new project. Let the owner know I was driving an hour just to meet him. Waited 30 minutes past the appointment time and called and left a message. He did not show, did not text, did not call, did not answer calls or return messages. Wasted 3 hours that day.nnHe called me back a few days later and I gave him another shot. We set a time and he said he’d call me when he was 30 minutes away. I show up early and wait. 30 minutes past our appointment I call and leave a message. He calls me back 15 minutes later (45 minutes late) and asks if we are still on. I said yes and wait. 45 minutes later he calls me and asks where the house is. He drove to the wrong town/street.nnNeedless to say, this was another 4 hour chunk of my life I wasn’t getting back. The owner says he’s going to make it right and give me a call in 5 minutes.nnOf course I never hear from him. What is wrong with people? If you are too busy to do a simple quote, JUST SAY SO!!!!

I had them install carpet in one of my apartments on a tight timeframe and a budget. They got it done in 3 days and under my budget. Will be using them again.

I had them do my whole house with carpet and it came out great. They got it done fast and the installation crew was polite and answered all the questions we had. They beat out 2 other quotes I got also. Would highly recommend them.

Great local company to deal with. They had in stock carpet that they installed within a week and it looks great. I will be using them again.
