I stopped in to get my lip waxed. She was very impersonal and didn’t listen to my request of just waxing my lip. She pointed to the chair and told me to sit. When she finally came over she had the thread out to do my eyebrows. I had to retell her that I just wanted her to wax my lip. She came back with a huge blob of wax and not so gently put it on my lip. The wax went everywhere. It went onto my glasses and burned my actual lip. I have a red lip burn from the center of my lip to the corner of my mouth. She continued to pull the wax up from all over my lip/face. I would not recommend going here for lip waxing.

I have been getting my eyebrows done for 15 years now. The lady I started was not doing it properly. With every pull it felt like her thread was getting stuck. I told her I did not like it and waited for another lady. I did not share that we both have the same mother tongue. The first lady said to the second lady in Nepali that I will not be paying a single dollar. I was not here to cheat anyone out of their earnings. I only came because I did not have time to go to my regular place. Zero star for the inappropriate behavior.

Went during the evening with my family. Had to figure out how to get across the street. FYI there is an underground walkway. Do not cross the street unless you want a car to hit you. Had to go through security but that’s how it goes for the big monuments. Lovely scene of Paris from above. There was a ceremony underneath the arch. Had me teary eyed.

I went there today during OPEN hours. There was not one person there, and the lady came out from the back and she asked me if I could wait ten minutes, which I was fine with, but then she wanted me to leave the store and come back in 10 minutes and was rude about it. I was going to tip well too. Oh well they lost business over poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went to get eyelash extensions there yesterday and they hurt SOOO bad! The lady that applied them was also not wearing gloves, she had me keep my eyes open the whole time, she was sticking the eyelashes to her hands before applying them, and it also only took 20 minutes and I looked it up and it said that eyelash extensions typically take 2 hours. I am in so much pain, my eyes are so irritated and it feels like needles are sticking into my eyes 24/7. I then called to tell them about it and see if I could get a reimbursement and they said no only a gift card. Well I am not going back there so no. Now I need to get them removed somehow because they hurt so bad and I am miserable. Worst first time lash extension experience.
