The manager Richard has always been kind and helpful. We realized when we first signed the rental agreement that we rented something too small and Richard ended up staying late to get us a bigger unit. A few weeks later we were having trouble opening up our locker and Richard was out and about and spent a lot of time helping us problem solve and ended up fixing the issue completely. Prices are also very reasonable.nnClean facility, lots of options, and helpful employees. Highly recommend.

Not pleased with the customer service of life storage. Due to moving over two weeks ago we haven't had anything in our unit for the last few weeks. I received no notice that a payment was due for the unit and was surprised to find that we were going to be charged extra for a late payment for a unit not even being used anymore. I tried to explain that we got no notice and the office said we can't do anything about it. I find this lack of notification poor customer service and convenient for the location to not send anything to the customer until it's to late. I would never recommend this location and will make sure to share my experience with everyone I can.

These folks have been really great: from showing me the unit in advance, to making sure it was ready to go, to double checking on my reservation, they're super on the ball and the facility is regularly monitored, safe, and carefully kept inside and out. Thank you so much for making this less stressful!

Life Storage in Concord, NH is great. The storage units are very accessible. Prices are Great. And the Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend
