I went into mattress by appointment on thursday, was under the impression the gentleman had sold me the most firm mattress boxsping combo in store, and brought it home. The mattress sold to me felt nothing like the one on the floor I had tested. Spent the money on an mattress protector that I assumed made a difference in exchange. I'm displeased with the product I received vs the product I feel I chose.
I was skeptical about going to this place as it sounded to good to be true. Charlie proved every fear I had wrong within minutes of being there for my appointment! I was very impressed at how fast we were in and out and our new beds were delivered within a few hours! Very professional establishment, really nice quality mattresses and a pleasure to deal with. I never imagined buying beds would ever be so easy. I highly recommend to anyone on a budget!
Bill was great!! He related to our family so much and was great with our son in the store! He made sure we got the best deal and made sure we had everything we needed! Didn’t feel pressured to buy any one thing! Very happy!
I was very please with the service. Was able to answer any questions I had. Very nice atmosphere. Makes you feel right at home. I would definitely go back there. I highly recommend this mattress place to anyone.
Bill was fantastic and friendly. We made an appointment not knowing what to expect and he came through with flying colors. Everything exceeded our expectations. He was willilling to make a deal for a better mattress when the one we decided on was out of stock. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality on a budget.
