Tina was amazing!! Went in to try out mattresses while visiting friends in the area - low back pain and serious issues for years have finally forced me to look at getting a high quality mattress.nTina answered all of my questions and still gave me space to decide. Didn’t even blink when I told her I lived out of state & totally worked with me on a payment plan and now, after years of suffering and just getting by, I will be getting a high quality mattress of my dreams delivered! Even though I live in another state, I will always shop with her!
This is the mattress we want, so we are buying it here. However, I have it in writing from a sales woman last week that she would give us the adjustable foundation at no cost. Today’s salesman was pleasant but he would not honor that because “Sterns and Foster mattresses can’t have specials like that.” I was disappointed that they didn’t honor something I had been given in writing. The first sales woman should be retrained of that is the policy.
Highly Recommend this location!!!! Bill was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We haven't bought a new mattress in 20 years and had no clue what we were doing. Bill patiently took us through a great process, narrowing down our choices till we found the right bed. Not overwhelming at all. We've had the bed now for a few weeks and have never slept better! Thank you Bill!!!!!
Very good experience today at Mattress Firm in Concord NH. Or salesperson Bill was extremely helpful in assisting us select the perfect mattress to suit our needs. I would highly recommend based on our experience.
