Jason is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been seeing him since his first day with Elements. My upper back and neck is the repository of my stress. After each session, I’m more comfortable, loser and have tips to help minimize the tightness. His demeanor and skills are what brings me back to him monthly, year round. Highly recommend Jason!

Today was my first massage with Winona, and it won't be my last!! She worked knots out of me like nothing I've experienced before. I have been to Elements in Concord and had a great experience. Today I went to the Nashua location and had another great experience. I had Zack do my massage, he asked questions about why, where and what brought me there. He did a great job I recommend him but I don’t want his schedule over booked so I can’t get in. Hahaha Thank you Zack

Jason did excellent work. I was experiencing SEARING lower back pain to the point I couldn't sleep. First session with him and my pain went from 8-9 to 1. Second session and my back feels like new!nExcellent COVID-19 protocols in place. I haven't left home much, so to feel safe coming here was a big deal for me.

I’m a “50 something” male who had never experienced a massage before, but after my son recommended I go here for a “deep tissue” massage to help alleviate some nagging back pain, I have been pleasantly surprised. Although located in a relatively confined space, I believe the staff have taken very appropriate COVID prevention measures and I felt quite comfortable. I have had 3 massages in the past 3 weeks, and I am starting to feel a noticeable difference in my movement and pain reduction. Kim is quite knowledgeable and has focused on areas she believed needed more attention based on my trouble areas. She had indicated it may take 3-4 massages in order for my stiff aged body to begin to notice the benefits and I’m happy to say it is true. I have been very happy with the results and with their pleasant staff.
