I think the pharmacy staff does an amazing job. They truly go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I just picked up a prescription for my dog that was very expensive. Without me even asking, one of the staff, Melinda, offered to check on her personal phone if they could get the price down. She was able to get the price way down for me and it totally made my day!
Ever since they changed things, you have to wait forever. Not a good move. I dread going there and waiting. There is never enough help in front. The employees are very nice but it still sucks!!!! They should of kept things the way they were.
Sh*t service. Be prepared to wait all day or all week, and then when they tell you it's ready, be prepared to wait all day or week anyway. Burger King up the street will have your order faster
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, they loose my prescriptions every time and tell there is no prescription for me after I watched my doctors send them over. As far as I’m concerned they are incompetent! I strongly recommend you fill your prescriptions elsewhere. I will be calling corporate. Spent the day in the hospital having surgery and can’t even get my prescriptions, beyond pissed!
They keep moving things around. By the time you get used to where it is, they either move it or stop carrying it. One of the good things are the cashiers. Most of them are very friendly.
