I was in two days ago, a few minutes after they opened. The woman at the window, I think her name was Lucy...was extremely slow and very rude and acted as if she didn't want to deal with us. The other woman working (older woman) I believe her name was Heather, was extremely rude as well and just about threw our food and slammed the window. On another occasion we went into the store and a young kid maybe 16 to 18 years old took our order. He was very rude and hostile with a bad attitude. He also made our coffees wrong and refused to fix them. I will no longer be going here! They have the worst staff I have ever seen and the store is absolutely disgusting...looks to me they need new management!

We were here in mid august and when we went in we seemed to be nothing but a bother to the manager there. It was still morning but they only had cinnamon raisin bagels and this disappointed 2 in our crew. Low donut selection as well. The manager (assumption) had a tone with the other employees, telling them that they were out of several different things and not to sell them. He had a scowl on his gen x face. The lobby was filled with boxes stacked with supplies inside. And the kicker, the cinnamon raisin bagels we didn't even want were burnt. Sad.

The line was really long and I thought I'd never get my coffee fix. To my delight and surprise the line moved steadily (which is faster than most dunkins). My coffee was ud83dudc4d. The reason for the 4 stars is the women taking my order sounded like she did not want to be there. After waiting in a long line for something I like to feel like the company appreciates my time. They even busy so im sure she was over whelmed

They do not move at this location. The line inside doesn't move and the drive thru doesn't move.
