Not worth the high fees.nnCancellation process here is difficult like all memberships. Forced to do it online with low quality website. With their limited hours on weekends back in October I wasn’t able to go in or call to ask them for help on how to navigate it. Charged me a full $80 monthly fee for being 1 day late. Thanks for taking my money during hard times.
Horrible experience here! I come here at least 2-3 times a week and this today it was super busy and a new person i assume since ive never seen her alyssa. Alyssa decided to be extremely rude and ask for my id twice convinced it was not me on my account, then rudely told me she has to ask everyone for the ID (i have never been asked for my id outside of the original sign up process to tan) and then proceeded not to ask any other of the 6 people behind me in line for their id. Then i watched her take a dirty towel and go clean a bed and send a guest into it. Absolutely disgusting. Management needs to address it.
I have filled out the cancellation form on their site TWICE now and have not gotten a response via phone or email. They still ended up charging me after my first cancellation form. I have called multiple times and they tell me the only way I can cancel my membership is to fill out the form, but super frustrated that no one has contacted me yet. Definitely going to be asking for a refund considering I tried to cancel it before they were going to charge me for the whole month. Would not recommend this place until they get a good canceling system down. Unbelievably disappointed.
Honestly really annoying of these tanning companies not being able to refund payments ESPECIALLY through a global pandemic, I haven’t been in since MARCH and they’re still charging my account, and you guys can’t even refund me the money that you’ve charged me through this pandemic, with you store being closed how am I supposed to be able to get my moneys worth for my membership? Wouldn’t recommend this place.
I am a long time member, they have my credit card on file. My bank sent me a new card, same account number. They ran a payment today, it rejected on the old card. They charged me a $10. Rejection fee. I asked if they would wave the fee for a loyal customer, they refused. Watch for extra fees. They charge an activation fee with your membership. What are they activating? They're not a phone company!
