Three days ago I used my debit card to pay for a few items. However three items did not fit, so brought them back in three days later because it was as soon as I could go there. I called the store before I even arrived (3 days later)and asked them if I would be able to get a return or exchange even though I lost my receipt and the male who answered the phone told me “I’m sure we can work something out”...so I said “great I’m on my way.” I came back to the store with the tags still on them I was trying to pull up my purchase on my phone as I have miss placed my receipt and the manager said “it doesn’t matter! If you don’t have a receipt There is nothing I will do about it!” as he was walking away with an attitude I will never donate to this location again maybe not even GoodWill at all. Smh

Went in Sunday 10/4 to get luggage. Luggage coasted 19.99, cashier told me I had to buy a 1.99 tote to get 30 percent off. 19.99 + 1.99 = 21.98 after tax 24. Did not receive 30 percent off, told her the math was wrong, but she wouldn't listen. I will drive the extra 5 minutes from now on and go to Savers in Woodbury.
Decent place. Definitely a “so-so” experience. Not a lot of variety but has a nice simple layout. You can walk through the whole store in under 5 mins (maybe even less). Although donation lines have been long at every Goodwill store I’ve gone to since the COVID-19 pandemic, the times that I have donated here pre-COVID-19 was smooth.
