We bought a new heater for our in-home sauna and Eric not only was FANTASTIC to work with...the heater was missing a part from the supplier so Eric personally drove that part to our house a few days later when it arrived.nNot only that, he provided some advice on how to enhance our sauna with a few updates and tweaks to the interior structure.nIf we ever build a new sauna, have friends who need a sauna, or have anyone who will listen about buying a sauna....Eric is the guy to go to.
My mobile sauna is absolutely beautiful! Even though my design had some very challenging components, Eric and his team were able to execute them. His extensive experience in building and his team of sauna experts are an asset to the design process. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns about the trailer itself and its interior components. I can't wait to see the saunas he makes in the future.
Eric helped us rebuild our sauna after the first sauna had significant fire damage and was a total loss. Eric helped us every step of the way to understand what he would do to create a safer sauna. He communicated with us a regular basis and met all deadlines. He worked with the city to meet the city codes. The result is a wonderful, beautifully constructed, safe sauna.
