We were pleased with the varied selections available in the store. We had shopped elsewhere earlier and found nothing that caught our eye. The sale price was also appreciated. Heidi was the perfect salesperson - very pleasant, knowledgeable, but not pushy!
Blake was very helpful. I came into Sumberland looking not for furniture but for a bedding set of a certain color and he was excellent in listening to my color choice and pattern choice. He went right to work looking for what I was looking for. I realize it was an unusual request to be shopping for bedding and he treated me with the same care and service as if I was buying a top of the line bedroom set. After finding a bedding set I described; I was a little bummed because they did not carry it in king. (I like my comforters a size larger for stealing purposes ud83dude02) I ended up buying the queen and I got an amazing deal on it too. Thank you for your outstanding service Blake and to the manager too who gave me the amazing deal.
I went to Slumberland today and bought a new couch. I always ask for Heidi the sales person. I bought several pieces of furniture from Slumberland and always ask for Heidi. She is very kind and helpful and is never pushy. She goes above and beyond to make your time comfortable. I will always return to and wish others would ask for Heidi. You won't be sorry. The store is well lit and organized in a way that makes it easy to get around. It would help if they were a little more consistent about keeping all bedroom furniture in one area and everything else in another, but for the most part it was easy to figure out. We’ve encountered pushy salespeople there in the past, so I was pleased that they took a hint when I told them we were fine on our own. The salesperson we did approach eventually was helpful, looking up additional styles in the collection we liked and showing us all of our options. He calculated the additional discount at our request and there were no hidden fees. Overall a very easygoing and successful experience!
