I've been trying to get our carpet repaired for quite some time. It wasn't a priority for my husband so I tried fixing it myself. So he surprised me and called The carpet guy and magically tom came out right away and fixed this problem. What a great guy! He did an awesome job and even mentioned another person to help us with our carpet cleaning who will be coming out. Great job Tom!
Very professional and punctual. Did a great job fixing my damaged carpets. Also was great at responding and keeping me updated on arrival time. No hidden fees. Just a job well done.
Tom fixed a large snag in our basement carpet that has been bugging us for a while. Glad we didn't have to rip up the whole room! He was professional, on time, and did a great job at a fair price. He says he's been doing it a long time and it shows. He also repaired a loose metal edge strip and told us that he used a trick and it will not come loose again. This is the guy you want installing your carpet. Awesome! Highly recommend.
I had a carpet repair issue I'd dragged my feet on for months. Where do you even start with this stuff? When I finally called Tom for help, he was responsive, helpful and solved my issue within hours. Good communication, good information, good price, good value. I strongly recommend him/his business. I would've called him months ago if I knew how easy he'd make it.
Tom The Carpet guy does excellent work. We had thick carpet in our living room that was poorly installed and we had several trouble areas. He had to trim a lot of carpet and the area in front of the fire place included a angle that looked terrible. Once he was done the living room and bedroom looked great! We appreciate that he stands behind his work with a 10 year warranty.
