They don’t have a stretching area or any mats, there’s equipment there that no one uses but don’t have other types of equipment that I know from previous planet fitness gyms would be used a lot, the staff aren’t very friendly and I frequently see them without their masks on, my credit cards and ID also got stolen from the locker room so bring a lock because the trust system doesn’t work here. I’m giving it two stars because it’s cheap. I’m looking into going to other gyms though.

I want to give a good review but I can’t because the canceling of my membership took over 4 months and 4 people’s help including when I luckily called while the district manager was on site. I’ve been getting charged my monthly fee on top of an annual fee (I applied for my membership in September 2020) since November and because they couldn’t figure out the problem until today I’ve been getting charged monthly. I do not recommend getting a membership here, the staff was very rude too almost every time I called or visited.

Obsessed with their black card membership! I never workout at planet fitness. I literally walk in around 7:30/8:00pm, get a few massages and leave! Best self care ever! Highly recommend!

I love this place! Lots of workout equipment. The crowd that comes in isn’t annoying. The employees are all very kind and helpful. The hydro massage chairs freekin rock. Black card is definitely worth it

Nice gym, pretty clean. However, the staff are absolutely horrible. I stopped in to cancel my membership, and the two staff at the desk ignored me for about ten minutes while they finished up their conversation. When one guy finally came over to assist me, he was very rude and unprofessional. I signed the paperwork to cancel my membership and the guy told me I was all set.nThe next month I noticed I was still getting charged. Went in again to receive the same treatment and signed the papers again. Finally the third month after I canceled I called the gym to see why I have canceled twice but continued to get charged. The team member gave me an email address for the “higher up’s” to decide if I should get my money back or not. It took a day or so for the “higher ups “ to get back to me, and they declined my refund because they didn’t have any paper work on file even though I signed twice!!! They also told me that I never checked into the gym for a few months....obviously I didn’t since I thought my membership was Canceled TWICE!! Some of their team members are useless when it comes to customer service or CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION! Would not recommend this gym to anyone for the simple reason that they don’t care about their members!
