Everyone that works there is SO nice and professional. The appointments go quick, are reasonably priced, and my tattoo is almost on it’s way out (I’m about 6 sessions in, probably need a couple more). I’ve been going here about a year and they really helped me make an affordable plan to get rid of this thing. This place is great, I highly recommend!

Really convenient location and easy to find. Everyone was so welcoming and nice, I felt right at home. They gave me lots of information about what they do, about how any medication I take that could affect the process. I was able to ask any and all questions, I felt comfortable the whole time. We all have things we've done that we wish we could take back, my tattoo was one and I'm so grateful I got a do-over. It does cost you but for what they do, I think it's worth it. I'll certainly think longer and harder about getting a tattoo again. They make it super easy and as comfortable as possible.nThanks, Removery!!

I have had a great experience with Removery so far. From the initial consultation to the two laser removal appointments I've had, the ladies have been exceptional. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They get you in and out in record time. I have had two sessions, and I'm already starting to see results. Thank you for the wonderful service that you provide!!!

Overall, I've had a positive experience at Removery in terms of staff friendliness and professionalism. The appointments I've had were quick and easy (and relatively pain free).nnI give three stars though, because I began treatment 9/16 and was told I'd be ink-free by 6/17. Well, it's been almost five years later, and I still have residual ink. Granted they may have improved their technology by then, but I'm still disappointed it's taken 5 years to remove two small black ink tattoos.

I am going on to my 3rd treatment at the Removery in Minneapolis. I research the product online and everything is AS ADVERTISED. It is a low pressure environment and the staff is knowledgeable.nnElla the location manager and removal specialist helped me understand the removal process. I had some anxiety about the process and Ella walked me through the science and put me at ease.nnThe overall experience has been great and I would recommend this Removery location and their knowledgeable staff.
