I was greeted in a very pleasant way with Dylan immediately saying hello and calling me by name. Dylan walked me through the process, showed me the restroom and then brought me to Sue's massage room. She was so friendly and made it clear that she truly wanted to provide me with a massage that was catered to what I needed/wanted. During the massage, she asked a few times if the pressure was good and if I was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. Before I left, she went over each area that she had focused on and what she had noticed. She walked me back to the reception area where I had another great experience with Dylan as they made sure that my account was set up properly and got me scheduled for my next massage. I am looking forward to my massage next month!

I love the professionalism and atmosphere. It is such a calming and welcoming space. And all the staff are kind and thoughtful. It is very affordable and still so decadent. The safety protocol during COVID has made me feel safe to keep up my appointments (and I do not go out). Thank you for being a highlight every month!

I absolutely love Elements Massage and my therapist, Amy! Very friendly, warm, and inviting staff who go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of in all aspects. My experience today is a wonderful example of the kind of quality, caring therapists at Elements Massage: Upon leaving after my massage, I realized my car (that was parked on the street) got “snowed in” by one of the plows during our first real snowfall of the season today (mid October—thank you, MN!). It was so snowed in that I couldn’t open my car door, and unfortunately I didn’t have a shovel in my trunk. Consequently, I decided to go back inside and see if Elements Massage had a shovel I could borrow. They didn’t but told me my therapist, Amy, had one and would be right back. In a few minutes I saw Amy coming down the hall, but decked out in her winter gear, wearing her boots with the shovel in hand. To my surprise, she insisted on coming outside with me and proceeded to shovel out my car for me since “we didn’t want to ruin the work we just did with my massage!” ud83dude0a. I was so blown away by this incredibly kind and selfless gesture. You’ll be well taken care of at Elements Massage—they truly care about their clients!

All of the staff at Elements Massage - SLP are amazing! I have never had a more attentive group of people working together to provide superb service! They gave made me feel as if I am a VIP in all circumstances. THANK YOU!

From the first phone call I had with the front desk staff. To the next day when I came in for my massage. The service was consistent, kind, informative and excellent. This location is doing EVERYTHING right. Would recommend them to anyone who would like to get a massage and also receive first class service.
