I've spent thousands at your store over the years. Had a package not show up, was told I'd be refunded and now today I was emailed nevermind, no refund. Horrible, inconsistent customer service, I will no longer make the mistake of buying from anthro.

I had a dress that just did not fit. The tags were still attached and I really wanted to return it. It was just a few days beyond the receipt and the gal at the register was a little cold and simply said “no, I can’t”. I’ve had more helpful service at the West End location and they are much more empathetic. I was very disappointed in this store.

I usually would not write a review but my experience yesterday was upsetting. I’ve shopped at Antro for a couple decades and have returned items with no problems with very accommodating customer service, however the woman who was doing the return was so incredibly rude I couldn’t believe it. Not only did she make me feel 2 inches tall for not having a tag on one of the items, she proceeded to roll her eyes to her co worker and must’ve said something because they both looked over at me as I was browsing around. I usually end up purchasing something else when I return an item. If it wasn’t for the manager I would’ve left and not come back it was that bad. I know we can all have a bad day but reading some other reviews for the same thing I hope the 50th and France store can go over some training on how to be polite. I love the store and appreciate the customer service over the years but maybe I’ll stick to the West End location for a while.

Super helpful, friendly staff. I was greeted immediately, helped with a return and then they started a room for me while I shopped. Staff was quick in grabbing sizes, things I wanted to try on, and finding alternatives for specific things I wanted. They were also super helpful in finding out about a promotion for teachers.
